778ph Terms and Conditions — Rules for Philippine Members

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and 778ph ("we," "us," or "the platform"). Access to, or use of, the 778ph website, mobile interface, betting markets, casino products, or any other service offered under the 778ph brand constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their current version.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the 778ph platform immediately and close any existing account by contacting support. Continued use following any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the 778ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 778ph.

Eligibility

To register and maintain a 778ph account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing 778ph services.
• You are not a resident of or visiting any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering and playing for your own account, using your own funds, and for your own personal recreation — not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 778ph or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 778ph or had an account closed for a breach of these Terms.

778ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by support may result in account restriction or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one 778ph account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If 778ph detects more than one account linked to the same person — identified by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination of these — all accounts beyond the first may be suspended and outstanding balances held pending review.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and any other fields marked as required by the registration form. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 778ph login credentials. This includes your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number or email address. Never share these with another person, regardless of whether they claim to be a 778ph representative. 778ph support staff will never ask for your password.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 778ph support immediately through the official contact channel. You accept that 778ph bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All 778ph member account balances are denominated in Philippine pesos (₱ PHP). Deposits, withdrawals, and all financial transactions are processed in PHP. No currency conversion is applied within the platform.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using eligible Philippine payment channels, which may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard cards. Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, and processing times are displayed within the 778ph account dashboard and may change without prior notice.

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. 778ph does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is identified as coming from a source not belonging to the registered member, the deposit may be reversed and the account reviewed.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the 778ph account interface.

778ph may request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or payment method verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed. Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed.

Betting Rules

Placing a bet on 778ph constitutes an offer to wager. The bet is accepted and binding once 778ph confirms the wager, the selection is recorded in your account history, and a bet reference number is issued. Until that confirmation is displayed, no binding bet exists.

All bets placed at 778ph are subject to the specific settlement rules published for each sport, market, and product type. These rules govern how results are determined, how cancellations are handled, and how void bets are returned. Members are responsible for reading the relevant rules before placing a wager — the potential payout displayed on the bet slip is for illustration only and subject to settlement per the applicable rules.

5.1 Odds and Bet Slip

778ph displays decimal odds by default. The bet slip shows the stake in PHP, the decimal odds at the time of placement, and the potential total return including the original stake. Odds can change between the time a member views a market and the time the bet slip is confirmed. The confirmed odds shown on the final bet slip are the odds that apply to settlement.

5.2 Bet Cancellation

Once confirmed and referenced in the 778ph system, bets cannot be cancelled by the member. In circumstances where 778ph determines that a market was displayed in error — including incorrect pricing due to a technical fault — 778ph reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the member's account balance.

5.3 Maximum Payouts

778ph may apply maximum payout limits per bet or per event across all product categories. These limits are displayed where applicable and take precedence over the theoretical return calculated from odds and stake alone. Members should review applicable limits before placing large-stake wagers.

Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 778ph may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback rewards, free bets, or other incentive programmes to members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer at the time it is available. Where any conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

General principles applying to all 778ph bonuses include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational members only. 778ph reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus awards if systematic or professional exploitation is suspected.
• Wagering requirements, if applicable, must be satisfied within the stated timeframe using eligible products. Unmet requirements will result in forfeiture of the associated bonus amount.
• Only one bonus per promotion may be claimed per member, household, IP address, or device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Cash deposits and bonus funds may be tracked separately within the 778ph account. The withdrawal of real money balances before completing applicable bonus wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus portion.

Prohibited Conduct

• Fraudulent activity: Misrepresenting identity, age, location, or any other registration detail; using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Money laundering: Using the 778ph platform to deposit and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin or nature of those funds.
• Collusion or match-fixing: Coordinating with other members, athletes, officials, or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes for unfair financial advantage.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through artificial wagering patterns, multi-accounting, coordinated staking, or any other method designed to extract bonus value outside the intent of the offer.
• Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to interact with 778ph betting markets or casino games unless written permission has been granted.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment reversals through a bank or wallet provider without first raising the issue with 778ph support. Fraudulent chargebacks may be referred to appropriate authorities.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access another member's account, the 778ph backend systems, or any restricted area of the platform.

778ph cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities where prohibited conduct is identified or suspected.

Responsible Gaming

778ph is committed to providing a safe and responsible environment for its members. Online betting and gaming are intended as entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income, a way to recover financial losses, or a solution to personal financial difficulties.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit ceiling that the platform will enforce.
• Session reminders: Receive a notification after a defined period of continuous activity.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily close your account for a defined period or indefinitely. 778ph will enforce self-exclusion requests and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded members.
• Reality checks: Periodic account summaries showing total spend and time on platform during the current session.

Intellectual Property

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use 778ph services solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any 778ph content without written permission.
• Scrape, index, or commercially exploit odds data or other proprietary information from the platform.
• Use the 778ph brand name, logo, or trade dress in any public communication without explicit written consent from 778ph.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 778ph software.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 778ph's aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

778ph accepts no liability for:

• Losses arising from service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned technical outages beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a member's failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Decisions made by a member based on odds, statistics, or editorial content published on the 778ph platform, which are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or betting advice.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, banks, or card networks.
• Actions taken by Philippine authorities that affect access to or operation of 778ph services.

Account Suspension and Closure

778ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without advance notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach or suspected breach of any clause in these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the member's bank or wallet provider.
• Suspicious betting patterns, including but not limited to systematic abuse of pricing errors or coordination with other accounts.
• A request from Philippine law enforcement or a regulatory authority.
• The member's own request, including self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the member, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds under active wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the most recent verified payment method, subject to standard processing times and applicable verification requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

778ph may update these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, the revised Terms will be published at this URL with an updated effective date. For significant changes, 778ph may provide advance notice through a platform notification or email to the address on file.

Continued use of the 778ph platform after the published effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date where possible.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the 778ph platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through 778ph's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, members must first attempt to resolve the dispute through 778ph's support process. A formal complaint should be submitted to the 778ph support team with full details of the issue, relevant account information, and any supporting documentation. 778ph commits to acknowledging formal complaints and providing a substantive response within a reasonable timeframe.
